The configurator will ask you some simple questions regarding your installation and then configure all the products you need, both externally and internally. It will then provide you with a list of products that you can modify if needed or accept as is. This list will be emailed to the address you provide. You can then forward this email to your chosen merchant to include with your heat pump order. You will be asked for your name, email address, and just the postcode of the installation. We can assure you 100% that we will not use this information to contact you unless you contact us first. Our configurator is designed to help you, the professional installer, and your merchants ensure you have all the external products required to complete the installation. Before you start, we advise you to review the products, videos, and information provided, as this may help you answer the questions more effectively. Additionally, in the downloads section, there is a survey sheet you can print out and use on-site to collect information and complete the configurator at home or in the office.
